First Honda Simi Valley

I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance and I woke up late - I tried calling but ended up leaving a message- I let them know I was coming in from the San Fernando Valley. When I arrived David and the other service rep were so very calm and understanding. Put all my worries at ease. I told them they could have the car all day, but they completed the service just after mid-day - AND gave me back a beautiful washed car to boot! The service team there is super friendly, knowlegable, honest and just down right nice people-a rarity these days. Something I have always admired about 1st Honda. That's why I have been coming here for over 10 years for my cars and driving in from the San Fernando Valley to have them serviced.

I would like to add my thanks and appreciation for your Service Center. I stopped in on my way back to Las Vegas today to check my tires. I didn't think they would do it for me, but not only did they do it, he assured me that they absolutely would do it, and they did it in less than 10 minutes! I didn't get the name of the service writer who was there today around noon, or the gentleman that took the car back but I am very, very appreciative of their great service!

I liked that I was able to get in without an appointment because I came at the beginning of the day (needed to replace my battery). Luckily, they had my part in stock, so it was able to be done in a very timely manner. Plus, I got a free car wash ! A big bonus for me! My only complaints: Service Dept. Is closed on Sundays, and there are problems with their department’s phone extensions. (I usually have to come in person to make an appointment or to ask a question). Wish they would get that fixed. Other than that, they are great! I can honestly say from experience, Don really tries to keep the customers happy.

After having poor experiences at several other Honda dealerships in Los Angeles, something told me to head out to Simi Valley and see if First Honda lives up to all their great reviews. They Did - and then some! Visiting this dealership is not only a pain-free experience - it's a paradise! (No exaggeration.) The 20-minute road trip to Simi Valley was a breeze and very scenic. First, upon arriving at First Honda, you are not pounced on by salespeople. On the contrary. You are greeted with a genuine smile and listened to more than talked at. You never feel like you are in the presence of a stereotypical salesperson, but rather more like a human being and even a friend. It's clear that their #1 goal is to have you get the deal you were hoping for, the car you want, and that you would quickly become a happy customer. (Even someone who would be sooo satisfied with the experience, they might write a review like this :-) They got me the exact deal I wanted (a dream deal), no pressure, no games, no surprises. In fact, the miracle deal we signed was the same deal that two other Honda dealerships the day before had firmly said would be "impossible." My two wonderful sales staff who took care of me - Dean and Albert - honestly seemed as happy as I was that it all worked out in my favor. I couldn't encourage you enough to make First Honda of Simi Valley your first choice. I know this sounds like a sales pitch - and I really don't have the time to write reviews - but it's genuinely from the heart. Pointing you in the right direction to First Honda, is my good deed for the day!
